Designed for installation over the diffusion openings of MIPEX-04 and MIPEX-04 ppm sensors used in fixed gas analyzers. Highly effective in dusty environments such as chemical and petrochemical plants, power generation facilities, and other industries with harsh operating conditions.
Tool-free replacement: quick installation without removing the sensor or interrupting system operation.
Minimal impact on performance: negligible effect on sensor sensitivity and response time.
Operational reliability: reduces the need for full purging when contaminated, lowering maintenance risks.

Technical SPECIFICATIONS

The filter acts as a barrier element mounted on the sensor's inlet. Its structure ensures reliable protection without compromising sensor sensitivity. Unlike integrated metal-ceramic designs, the MIPEX filter is field-replaceable and does not require disassembly of the device — a critical advantage for safety-critical facilities where system downtime is unacceptable.
