MIPEX-01D [CH₄ & CO₂] is an ultra-low power NDIR gas sensor intended for automatic continuous simultaneous measurement of the concentrations of methane & carbon dioxide in the atmosphere of hazardous areas. The sensor can be recalibrated for other hydrocarbons.
MIPEX-01D [CH₄ & CO₂] is a dual gas sensor built on energy-efficient NDIR technology. Its low power consumption enables long-term autonomous operation in battery-powered devices, while compact dimensions and ability to simultaneously measure the concentrations of two gases allows to significantly reduce the size of the final device. It is designed for integration into compact portable gas detectors and wireless gas analyzers where space and battery life are critical constraints.
The outstanding ultra-low power consumption of 0.2 mW allows the MIPEX-05 in standard housing to be used effectively in the manufacture of customized portable gas devices and wireless measurement systems for the monitoring of combustible methane, hydrocarbons and CO₂ gases with long battery life. Its power consumption is 10 times lower than that of the previous MIPEX-02 model.
MIPEX-05 ppm is a high-sensitivity version of an ultra-low power infrared gas sensor in the 4th series housing with 10 ppm resolution for hydrocarbons measurement in ppm and LEL concentrations. Due to low-power consumption and high resolution, it allows battery-powered gas detectors to last years without charge and detect low concentrations.
MIPEX-04 ppm is a high-performance NDIR sensor with 10 ppm resolution, designed to detect methane and propane at low concentrations. It is intended for automatic continuous monitoring of Threshold Limit Value (TLV) and leaks in industrial applications.
MIPEX-04 sensors have been developed for use in portable individual detectors and wireless combustible gas monitoring systems. The uniquely low average power consumption of ~ 0.1 mW enables the production of autonomous instruments that do not require recharging and maintenance for up to 24 months.
MIPEX-06 is an ultra-low power infrared gas sensor in the 4th series housing with standard-pin configuration for portable devices. It is designed for automatic continuous measurement of hydrocarbons and CO₂ concentrations in hazardous areas.
Metal housing, wide temperature range, resistance to humidity and dust, optical principle of operation providing long-term reliability in aggressive operating conditions, allows MIPEX sensors to be placed as measuring elements in stationary gas detectors and gas analytical systems.
The MIPEX-1F is a ready-to-use optical measuring unit for stationary gas analysis systems. The sensor provides automatic and continuous measurement of hydrocarbon gas concentrations in hazardous area atmospheres, ensuring high accuracy and stability of readings.
The MIPEX-1H is a compact infrared sensor for measuring methane, propane and carbon dioxide concentrations for small and portable gas detectors. The power consumption of only 0.2 mW ensures long autonomous operation of the devices, and the minimal dimensions of 20×20×10 mm allow to significantly reduce the size of the final device.
MIPEX-01S is a compact infrared sensor in a Series 1 housing for automatic continuous measurement of hydrocarbons or CO₂ concentrations in harsh environments. It is designed for small-sized and portable gas detectors.
